This offering brings together the perspectives of midwifery, lactation, nursing, and lymphatic care to explore how we can better support mothers and babies across the pregnancy and postpartum continuum.
Together, we’ll be covering:
• Lymphatic foundations through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
• The anatomy of breastmilk and breast tissue
• Detox pathways, toxins, mastitis, and the truth about breastfeeding
• The art of self-expression (physically and emotionally)
• Hormonal cascades and how lymphatic flow supports mood and mental health
• How lymphatic care supports both prenatal and postpartum recovery
This class is for mothers, birthworkers, lactation professionals, and anyone supporting women and babies during this powerful season of life.
