We provide in-home and virtual lactation support. During these visits, you will receive non-judgmental breastfeeding or alternative feeding guidance. An international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) will work privately with you to help you reach your breastfeeding and newborn feeding goals.

Abrupt weaning or using separation to wean is distressing for both mother and baby. Just as it takes time to learn the breastfeeding dance with your baby, it also takes time to end it. A slow, responsive approach that honors both you and your baby is possible.

I support you to wean in a nurturing, unhurried way that emphasizes emotional connection, nourishment, deep respect for readiness and the natural, biological rhythm of weaning.

With this offering, you will receive weekly guidance calls (video and phone) throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. Our time together is a safe space for you to be heard, resourced, nourished, and empowered.

Holding space for families after birth is a deep honor and can also be heavy at times, especially in a culture that doesn’t support mothers, children and families in the postpartum time.

For those being called to support families on their postpartum, lactation and infant feeding journey (CLC, CLE, IBCLC or wellness providers such as nurses, nursing students, doctors, doulas, midwives, etc.).
