Most of the time pregnancy loss is not a medical emergency, and yet, most of the time it’s experienced under anesthesia or in a medical setting where it is hard to stay in our bodies. This disconnection leads to pregnancy loss being traumatic instead of empowering. Our medical system is not set up to honor this transition and often times doesn’t tell mothers even what to expect. There is another way and it is possible to come through the other side trusting our bodies more than ever.

Women, mothers, have the ability to hold life and death inside of us. We also have the ability to birth life and death.

I understand that pregnancy loss, miscarriage, abortion in our culture is not taught, experienced or witnessed in this way. But I want you to know this is possible.

I have been supporting women through sovereign pregnancy loss and the messages, stories, and reclamation that takes place in these spaces, through the bodies of mothers birthing life and death is the sacred work that will lead us all back to love.

In these calls I will let you know what to expect before, during and after a pregnancy loss. What to expect with the different options available. Ways to stay connected to your intuition and your body so you know what is normal and what is not. You are in a postpartum season after a pregnancy loss so I will give you recipes and guidance on herbs and nourishment to support postpartum wellness.
