Breastfeeding is a commitment to offering your child the gift of lifelong health, a relationship of trust from the very beginning and a chance to reset, reconnect and regulate both of your nervous systems while the rest of the world moves so fast.

Krista provides in-home and virtual lactation support. During these visits, Krista holds space for you to share your joys, grief and challenges around your feeding journey. You will receive trauma informed lactation support from an IBCLC that understands the mother-baby dyad connection and the infant brain from a biological centered place. Krista will work privately with you to help you reach your breastfeeding and newborn feeding goals.

All lactation and infant feeding support services are customized based on individual needs.
