Breastfeeding is a commitment to offering your child the gift of lifelong health, a relationship of trust from the very beginning and a chance to reset, reconnect and regulate both of your nervous systems while the rest of the world moves so fast.

I provide in-home and virtual lactation support. During these visits, I will hold space for you to share your joys, grief and challenges coming up for you around your feeding journey. I have been supporting mothers on their infant feeding journeys for the past 11 years as an RN and international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) in hospital, clinic, home and virtual settings. You will receive trauma informed lactation support from an IBCLC that understands the mother-baby dyad connection and the infant brain from a biological centered place. I will work privately with you to help you reach your breastfeeding and newborn feeding goals.
